Responsibilities

Create high quality and quantity of automated test cases using coding conventions, best practices, and problem solving.

Test sprint tasks based on Acceptance criteria.

Use product understanding to understand, identify and test potential impact of code changes on other parts of the system.

Create manual test cases for full coverage of product functionality

Other Quality Assurance tasks as required.

Actively share knowledge and experience through mentoring, code reviews, and documentation of technical and thought leadership in internal facing activities.

Confidence in being the single QA within an Agile software development team.

Review acceptance criteria for each task and interact with product owner in order to make the criteria comprehensive and clear.

Find defects before they reach the production server.

Participate in sprint meetings such as sprint planning, retrospectives, demos and standups.

Demonstrates the ability to work well with Patra colleagues and clients and with external organizations.

Demonstrates commitment to personal responsibility and value for safety and respect; Communicates concerns.

Uses and promotes safe respectful behavior based on training and lessons learned.

Perform all duties with a level of integrity and honesty that represents Patra in a positive manner.
