Responsibilities
Oversee and manage the daily operations of IT systems, networks, and applications to ensure optimal performance and availability.
Develop, implement, and maintain IT policies, procedures, and best practices that align with organizational goals.
Plan and execute the deployment, monitoring, maintenance, and upgrading of IT infrastructure, systems, and applications.
Ensure the security and integrity of IT systems, data, and infrastructure by implementing and maintaining robust cybersecurity measures.
Lead, mentor, and manage a team of IT professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performing remote work environment.
Collaborate with other departments to understand and fulfill their technology needs, providing innovative and efficient solutions.
Manage vendor relationships, including negotiating contracts and ensuring effective delivery of IT products and services.
Oversee IT budgets, including cost analysis, forecasting, and resource allocation to ensure efficient use of funds.
Coordinate and manage IT projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget.
Monitor and analyze system performance, identifying and addressing issues to minimize downtime and disruptions.
Stay current with emerging technologies, industry trends, and best practices, incorporating them into the organization's IT strategy where appropriate.

Required
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
Proven experience in IT management, with a strong track record of overseeing IT operations and leading teams
In-depth knowledge of IT systems, infrastructure, cybersecurity, and project management principles
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively manage and inspire a remote team
Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and organizational skills
Strong communication skills, with the ability to present complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders
Experience with cloud technologies, remote work solutions, and IT project management tools
Preferred
Advanced degrees or certifications (e.g., ITIL, PMP, CISSP)
