Responsibilities
Collaborate with business users to identify needs, refine requirements, and design IT solutions that address capability gaps.
Conduct system analysis and recommend best practices for high-performance solutions.
Serve as a technical lead for medium to large projects, overseeing quality assurance, vendor coordination, and lifecycle management.
Develop and maintain user interfaces, templates, data models, and business intelligence tools to support evolving business processes.
Provide application support, including incident resolution, performance testing, and backlog grooming.
Perform root cause analysis, recommend system improvements, and implement new capabilities.
Mentor team members and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
Document system requirements, decisions, and activity logs.
Support broadband network-related systems and solutions, ensuring alignment with business goals.
Collaborate with stakeholders to integrate and optimize NISC systems where applicable.
Adhere to compliance standards and participate in organizational safety programs.

Required
Bachelor’s Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related technical field.
3+ years in a dedicated business analyst role, focusing on the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps and project management methodologies.
Experience with broadband networks.
Proficiency in Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI).
Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum and linear project management.
Competence with COTS and SaaS solutions, SQL databases, and cloud platforms (AWS or Azure).
Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
US Citizenship.
Availability to work remotely with minimal travel.
Preferred
5+ years in a dedicated business analyst role, focusing on the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
NISC experience.
