Responsibilities

Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies where applicable, sprint planning and refinement, daily standups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives

Work with the Product Owner and teams to refine and prioritize the backlog, ensuring alignment with Security program priorities.

Facilitate decision-making processes, helping teams to make informed decisions that support project delivery and business objectives

Be an advocate for and demonstrate fundamental agile values and principles like transparency, inspection and adaptation, collaboration, prioritization and team accountability

Ensure transparency and visibility of team progress through metrics, reporting, and communication with management and stakeholders.

Required

5-7+ years as a Project Manager within Security, Compliance or IT environments

3+ years of experience as a Scrum Master in an Agile environment

Demonstrated leadership ability to coach and mentor the team to reach their highest potential

Track record of resolving impediments that exist outside of the Team environment

Excellent communication skills with the ability to concisely express highly technical concepts to non-technical business partners

Strong influencing skills to achieve alignment up, down and across the organization

Preferred

PMP Certified

PgMP Certified

PMI-ACP

Certified SCRUM Master

CISM, CISA, CISSP certifications a plus
