Responsibilities
8 years working with ServiceNow platform as a Developer in enterprise wide multitier ServiceNow production environment
Working knowledge of developing and customizing core ITBM applications such as Demand PPM Ideation Program etc. along with configuring ITSM modules such as Incident Problem Change etc.
Handson Experience in development of complex workflows
Experience in integration ServiceNow with any 3rd party tool application using webservices RESTSOAP or any other methodology like JDBC etc.
Working on Data sources and building transform maps to import the assetCI data into ServiceNow
Handson Experience with scripting Service Client-side Client scripts UI Policies Scheduled Jobs Background scripts etc
Build ServiceNow Reports Dashboards
Working knowledge of implementing systems using the Agile Scrum methodology
