Responsibilities
Bachelor's degree in Healthcare IT,
Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
3+ years of experience as a Product Owner or in a similar role, with a strong focus on EMR and/or RCM systems
3+ years of experience in SaaS product development and Agile methodologies.
6+ years of experience within the healthcare industry, ideally in Behavioral Health.
Deep understanding of EMR and/or RCM Systems, including clinical workflows, patient data management, billing, insurance claims processing, and financial reporting.
Experience with Jira, Trello, or other Agile project management tools, as well as familiarity with healthcare software platforms and integration technologies.
