Responsibilities

Prepare and file all U.S. income tax forms, including individual (1040), corporate (1120, 1120-S), and partnership (1065) returns.

Conduct thorough reviews of financial records and supporting documentation for tax preparation.

Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local tax regulations.

Identify potential tax-saving opportunities and strategies for clients.

Collaborate with internal teams to address complex tax issues and provide resolution recommendations.

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of tax laws and regulations to ensure accurate filings.

Respond to IRS or state tax notices on behalf of clients as needed.
