Responsibilities

Perform Supplier Assessment Activities related to qualifying suppliers, corresponding with suppliers and reviewing supplier corrective actions.
Support Corrective and Preventive Action system by initiating, reviewing CAPA plans and ensuring verification of effectiveness is complete.
Supporting Internal & External audits. Addresses Internal Audit Non-Conformance Reports as appropriate.
Supports product change documentation through Engineering Change Request forms or other relevant documentation.
Supports compliance initiatives by facilitating and/or supporting Internal & External audits.
Supports Quality Management System through Continuous Improvement initiatives.
Perform Document control functions for document approval and management of external documents.
Perform DHR data reviews for lot releases, elevate issues discovered.
Assign and track training of VTI employees.
Perform other functions that support VTI quality system as needed.

Required

QMS background; 3-5 years of experience with QMS for other medical devices
Knowledge of 21 CFR 820, ISO 13485
