Responsibilities
Extract data using Capacity Planning's tool BMC Helix Continuous Optimization
Work with the IT customer to identify patterns of business activity to understand the levels of demand that will be placed on an application service.
Perform Capacity forecasting.

Required
Bachelors Degree in IT Engineering, Computer Science, Telecommunications Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Math, or Physics
Strong analytical, strategic problem solving, organizational, and interpersonal skills
Solid knowledge of capacity management software - BMC Helix Continuous Optimization
Solid knowledge of at least one programming language
Preferred
Python and Java are preferred
