Responsibilities
Analyze market trends and internal compensation data to recommend competitive pay structures and incentive programs for various global regions.
Assist in the design and maintenance of salary ranges as well as short-term and long-term incentive plans.
Conduct regular salary surveys and benchmarking exercises to ensure market competitiveness in the healthcare IT consulting industry.
Administer global compensation programs, including base pay, variable compensation plans as well as rewards and recognition programs.
Work with HR Business Partners to review compensation packages for new hires, promotions, and internal transfers, ensuring equity and alignment with company policies.
Support the annual Focal cycle (merit increase and bonus payout) by providing data analysis as well as reporting, ensuring adherence to established budgetary guidelines.
Ensure compliance with local, state, federal, and international compensation regulations, including pay equity and labor laws in the diverse global markets where the company operates.
Prepare and deliver compensation reports and presentations for senior leadership, providing insights on compensation trends, costs, and recommendations.
Manage and optimize the use of Workday to ensure accurate data tracking, reporting, and process automation.
Assist in the development of compensation metric reports to provide key stakeholders with timely and relevant information.
Serve as a compensation subject matter expert, providing guidance and administering training to HR business partners, people managers, and employees on compensation policies and programs.
Develop clear communication materials for employees regarding compensation changes, annual reviews, and incentive plans.
Participate in special projects related to compensation, such as global compensation harmonization, job evaluation, or compensation strategy initiatives.
Continuously evaluate and improve compensation processes and workflows to drive efficiency and enhance the employee experience.

Required
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Psychology or a related field.
Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in compensation analysis and strategy, ideally within a global organization in the healthcare IT, consulting, or technology industries.
Experience working with global compensation structures, job evaluations and benchmarking.
Experience working with compensation survey tools (e.g. Mercer, Radford, Willis Towers Watson, ERI, or other third-party compensation survey sources).
Some experience with designing or implementing compensation programs such as salary ranges, incentive plans and bonus structures.
Experience working in cross-functional teams, collaborating with HR Business Partners, Finance, and Senior Leadership on compensation-related matters.
Understanding of international compensation practices and laws.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights and recommendations for adjustments to align with market trends, company strategy, and internal equity.
Strong Excel skills with the ability to interpret HR data to create accurate and informative reports.
Knowledge of compensation best practices, pay equity analysis, and legal compliance (e.g., FLSA, Equal Pay Act, General Data Protection Regulation for global teams).
Experience with compensation data management systems (Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, or similar).
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex compensation topics in a clear and concise manner.
High level of attention to detail, accuracy, and confidentiality.
Preferred
Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) or similar certification is a preferred but not required.
