Responsibilities
You will hold an outside sales role, executing the sales process from prospecting to securing new clients.
Your responsibilities will include building new relationships with financial partners for ongoing business, focusing on long-term partnerships rather than one-time sales, qualifying prospects, and generating face-to-face meetings to achieve sales targets by winning Cash Balance and Defined Contribution Plans.

Required
3-5 years of proven high-value sales experience, particularly in a long sales cycle with complex products or services.
A bachelor’s degree or relative experience.
Must obtain ASPPA QKA Designation within 4 months of employment.
Strong communication, listening, presentation, and computer/software skills.
Demonstrated ability to build and maintain client relationships and close deals.
Drive and discipline to stay focused with a commitment to excellence.
Willingness to travel daily within your assigned territory and occasional overnight stays.
You must reside within your assigned territory; we do not offer relocation.
A valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record is required.
