Responsibilities

Coordinate the day-to-day activities of project(s), track progress and communicate issues/risks to ensure successful delivery

Develop and maintain project plans

Develop and deliver project tacking tools for internal team and for client communications.

Work with the client to understand requirements and business needs

Manage team of implementation consultants to maintain schedule, quality, and ensure project success.

Assist client with change management. Collect and analyze relevant data and take action accordingly.

Manage and resolve client issues

Train clients on implemented solutions

Collaborate with internal Adaptalytics team to track and solve project issues.

Management of multiple projects simultaneously
