Responsibilities
Ensuring timeliness and accuracy of assigned client’s payments and returns
Maintaining communications with taxing jurisdictions and clients
Correctly formatting tax data for importing and processing
Analyzing data and taking corrective action as needed
Performing report reconciliations
Maintaining calendars
Creating and submitting client tax registrations
Supporting new client implementation processes

Required
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
Internship and/or 1+ years finance/accounting experience
Strong customer service orientation
Excel proficiency
Ability to cultivate and maintain strong working relationships
Ability to work collaboratively in a high volume, fast paced environment, within strict deadlines
