Responsibilities

Lead Engagement: Schedule discovery calls and product demonstrations for the sales team.
Customer Advocacy: Serve as the voice of the customer, gathering feedback to enhance products and processes.
Lead Management: Respond to inbound leads and complete follow-up tasks efficiently.
Collaboration: Partner with closers and product specialists to deliver the most qualified prospects to the team.

Required
1–2 years of experience as a Sales Development Representative in Healthcare SaaS.
Advanced expertise in Salesforce.com.
A solid understanding of the U.S. healthcare industry.
Exceptional relationship-building and interpersonal abilities to comfortably engage with clients and colleagues at all levels.
Outstanding written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
A highly coachable attitude with a thirst for continuous learning.
Strong self-motivation and the ability to work independently.
