Responsibilities
Develop and implement effective revenue management strategies for the hotel portfolio, including pricing and inventory management.
Monitor market trends, competitor pricing, and demand patterns to make informed pricing decisions.
Analyze and report on revenue performance, including forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis.
Work closely with the hotel management teams to ensure revenue management strategies are aligned with overall business goals.
Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop pricing and promotional strategies to drive revenue growth.
Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including hotel owners, management companies, and third-party vendors.
Train and mentor hotel revenue management teams to improve performance and ensure consistent implementation of revenue management strategies.
Utilize revenue management technology tools and systems to optimize revenue and profits.

Required
2+ years of experience in hotel revenue management, with a proven track record of driving revenue growth and profitability.
Strong analytical and financial skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Proficient in multiple revenue management technology tools and systems.
Preferred
Multi-brand (Marriott & IHG) experience preferred.
