Responsibilities
Partner with the Specialty Care team to define and execute the product strategy and roadmap, ensuring alignment with the company's strategic objectives and user needs
Lead and engage a cross-functional team of engineers, designers, subject matter experts, and data scientists to deliver high-impact products.
Conduct and source comprehensive market research to identify new opportunities and understand the evolving competitive landscape.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure products comply with regulatory standards and align with business goals.
Use data-driven approaches to define metrics, measure performance, and make informed product decisions.
Manage the product lifecycle from concept to launch, including setting timelines, prioritizing features, and coordinating product releases.
Cultivate a high-performing team, setting clear expectations, providing continual guidance and feedback, and fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, trust, accountability, and growth
Stay informed of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to inform and influence the product strategy and direction
Work with team members to build a portfolio of internal core competencies and best-in-class partnerships in a complex healthcare ecosystem.

Required
7+ years of product management experience; at least 2 years within the behavioral health, healthcare, or a related field strongly preferred.
Proven track record of delivering successful products, ideally in a startup or fast-paced environment.
Excellent analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex concepts clearly and persuasively across different audiences.
Experience working with cross-functional teams in a collaborative environment.
Familiarity with agile development methodologies and user-centered design principles.
