Responsibilities

BUIDL Screening and Recommendation: Track important activities on DoraHacks.io and identify high-potential BUIDLs (projects).Analyze submissions and prepare detailed recommendations for decision-makers

Grantee Progress Tracking: Regularly follow up on the progress of grantee projects, ensuring milestones and deliverables are met.Maintain accurate records and provide timely updates to stakeholders.Proactively identify challenges grantees face and propose solutions or support mechanisms

Establish and Optimize BUIDL Review Standards: Assist in designing and refining BUIDL review standards and workflows to improve the accuracy of project selection.Ensure consistency and transparency throughout the review process while enhancing team collaboration

Establish and Optimize BUIDL Follow-Up Standards: Develop clear follow-up protocols to monitor grantee progress efficiently and effectively.Streamline communication channels to ensure timely updates across teams

Organize Regular Reporting Meetings: Schedule and coordinate regular meetings with decision-makers to report progress, insights, and recommendations.Prepare detailed, concise, and actionable reports to support strategic decision-making
