Responsibilities
Develop, own, and execute SUPERCIRCLE’s sales strategy and exceed sales targets.
Engage with prospective brands and nurture strong strategic relationships with current and future SUPERCIRCLE brand partners.
Create a pipeline of strategic retail partners for SUPERCIRCLE to sell into and grow purposefully.
Own the sales process from outreach, developing and customizing recycling programs, negotiation, post-sales execution, and renewal.
Negotiate terms, structure relationships, and work closely with the rest of the SUPERCIRCLE team to launch new partnerships.
Create strategies to help the team monitor the sales pipeline, and identify areas of improvement and recommend ways to increase partner sign-on.
Develop and manage pitch materials, including decks, models, and work with SUPERCIRCLE Tech team on demos for potential partners.
Build, develop and manage a first class account sales team, including development of recommended commission structures.
Work closely with the rest of the SUPERCIRCLE team to forecast, measure, and report the results of all strategic business partnerships.

Required
Experience in sales and business development, including a proven-track record successfully launching and scaling B2B SaaS offerings.
15+ years of relevant experience.
Track record of operating as a strong player/coach, exceeding own targets while building & enabling high-impact teams to exceed their targets as well.
Experience building & operationalizing sales strategy, process, and tools from the ground up.
Deeply connected in Retail and Consumer Supply Chain, with a rolodex of contacts to draw from to support growth.
Proven ability to open doors, close deals, and maintain strong relationships with both clients and agencies. Existing relationships in fashion is a plus.
Experience improving processes and making recommendations to support an organization scaling at a rapid pace.
Experience creating, implementing and managing a sales pipeline, as well as leading internal and external partners in the execution of the funnel.
Strong strategic, analytical thinker with outstanding verbal and written communication skills with the ability to distill complex information into key insights & summaries (you have perfected the 'elevator pitch').
Impeccable presentation, communication and analytical skills.
Must have a 'no task is too small' mentality and the ability to thrive within a fast-paced startup environment, balance competing priorities, and create structure and processes.
Self-starter who can take the initiative and run with it. You bring a positive attitude to your work and authentic enthusiasm to your team.
