Responsibilities

Develop and implement a comprehensive enterprise data and analytics strategy aligned with business goals and objectives.

Own, transform, evolve and operationalize a full stack of data & analytics technologies including warehouse, integrations, replication, translation, governance, & reporting.

Establish and enforce data governance policies, ensuring data quality, integrity, and compliance across the organization. Making sure to educate the company on the approach and value.

Drive the development of advanced analytics platform capabilities, utilizing data to generate actionable insights and support data-driven decision-making across all business units.

Build out and lead a high-performing team of data scientists, analysts, technology engineers, report writers while fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement. Manage team and individual performance, holding the team and partners accountable to deliverables

Work closely with executive leadership and cross-functional teams to identify key business challenges and opportunities, leveraging data and analytics to inform strategic initiatives.

Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of data initiatives and analytics programs, making data-driven adjustments as needed.

Provide training and resources to ensure staff at all levels understand data analytics concepts and tools, promoting a data-driven culture within the organization.
