Responsibilities

Design and implement innovative field and channel marketing programs that align with business goals and drive measurable results.
Develop scalable marketing initiatives that can be replicated across different regions and channels.
Lead the execution of multi-faceted marketing campaigns, including webinars, workshops, digital marketing, and partner enablement programs.
Utilize data-driven insights to optimize program effectiveness and ROI.
Work closely with sales teams, product marketing, and channel partners to align marketing strategies with sales objectives.
Foster strong relationships with partners to enhance co-marketing opportunities and joint initiatives.
Bring fresh ideas and creative solutions to marketing challenges.
Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscape to inform marketing strategies.
Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) for all marketing programs.
Analyze program performance and provide regular reporting to stakeholders, making recommendations for improvement.
Manage marketing budgets effectively, ensuring optimal allocation of resources to maximize impact.
Negotiate contracts and manage relationships with vendors and agencies as needed.
Ensure all marketing initiatives are consistent with Kiteworks ’ brand messaging and positioning.
Collaborate with the content and creative teams to develop compelling marketing assets.

Required

Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in field marketing, channel marketing, or related roles within the technology sector.
Demonstrated success in innovative marketing program development and execution.
Proven track record of delivering measurable results through programmatic marketing initiatives.
Experience working with channel partners and understanding of channel dynamics.
Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in marketing automation tools and CRM systems (e.g., Hubspot, Salesforce).
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable strategies.
