Responsibilities
Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive affiliate marketing strategies for our clients on TikTok Shop.
Lead a team of affiliate marketing coordinators, providing guidance and support to ensure program success.
Identify and recruit new affiliate partners to expand the network and increase DTC client revenue.
Analyze and optimize affiliate performance to meet and exceed client KPIs and company goals.
Foster strong relationships with affiliate partners, ensuring alignment with company objectives and promotional activities.
Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to stay ahead of the market and identify new opportunities.
Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., strategy, content, creative) to align affiliate marketing efforts with broader marketing strategies.
Prepare and present regular performance reports to clients and senior management.
Ensure compliance with legal and ethical standards in all affiliate marketing activities.

Required
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
1+ year of experience in TikTok affiliate marketing, with a minimum of 2 years in an agency environment.
Proven experience in scaling affiliate programs and managing a team.
Strong knowledge of TikTok Shop affiliate is a must.
Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to drive decision-making.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Preferred
Cold email outreach experience is a big plus.
Knowledge of affiliate marketing tools and platforms like ShareASale is a plus.
