Responsibilities

Educate and recruit Strategic Accounts and large Nephrology organizations to offer Natera’s RENASIGHT Tests.
Become an expert in Natera’s technology and service offerings and be able to represent the company and its business interests at the highest levels: with KOL physicians, Medical Directors, Hospital Administrators, Lab Directors and Senior Management of larger organizations
Develop business plans based on sales goals, expectations and available resources, coordinating regional strategies and tactics with Regional Directors
Effectively work with Natera Organ Health sales team in order to help maximize potential business opportunities and partnerships
Implement strategy based on field input, market assessments and trends in order to develop a plan which is consistently implementing "Best Practices".
Establish positive working relationships with all key customer segments (internal and external).
This role works with PHI on a regular basis both in paper and electronic form and have an access to various technologies to access PHI (paper and electronic) in order to perform the job.
Employee must complete training relating to HIPAA/PHI privacy, General Policies and Procedure Compliance training and security training as soon as possible but not later than the first 30 days of hire.
Must maintain a current status on Natera training requirements.

Required

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; MBA preferred.
Minimum 3 Years physician sales experience in diagnostic laboratory business (preferably in a genetics laboratory)
Minimum of 3 years successful sales management/consulting experience preferably in diagnostic laboratory business.
Proven track record of success in developing new markets, launching new products and increasing revenue quickly.
Award winning management/consulting track record.
Effective time management skills required
Excellent Coach, and is coachable
Team Oriented
Excellent initiative and self-motivation
The ability to effectively maneuver through complex situations, internal and external.
Proven leader, with the ability to think strategically as well as execute tactically.
Must act with a sense of urgency, with a focus on driving exceptional revenue growth.
Ability to develop and execute strategic business plans.
Ability and confidence to provide record breaking growth.
Ability to create and implement successful sales strategies.
Desire to play a critical role in the success of the organization.

Market knowledge and experience in reproductive health preferred.
