Responsibilities

Design end-to-end SAP S/4HANA solutions for Production Planning (PP) and Quality Management (QM) to align with business goals and industry best practices.
Develop scalable and sustainable architectures for discrete, process, and repetitive manufacturing models.
Provide architectural oversight for master data, including Bills of Materials (BOMs), Work Centers, Routing, and Inspection Plans.
Ensure seamless integration of PP and QM with other SAP modules, including MM (Materials Management), SD (Sales and Distribution), and EWM (Extended Warehouse Management).
Lead the design of shop floor control processes using SAP PP-PI, MRP, and Capacity Planning.
Configure SAP PP and QM modules, including production orders, process orders, inspection lots, and results recording.
Implement and optimize MRP Live, Demand-Driven MRP (DDMRP), and capacity leveling functionalities.
Support the deployment of in-process quality checks, nonconformance management, and corrective/preventive action (CAPA) workflows.
Lead SAP PP and QM workstreams during S/4HANA implementation or migration projects.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams for UAT, go-live, and post-go-live support.
Identify opportunities for process automation and performance optimization.
Support incident management, root cause analysis, and issue resolution for production planning and quality operations.

Required

Must have understanding of manufacturing operations, supply chain integration, and quality assurance processes.
Technical expertise in SAP configuration and best practices.
8+ years of experience in SAP PP and QM configuration and implementation.
Proven track record in S/4HANA implementations or migrations, with a focus on PP and QM modules.
Expertise in SAP PP features like MRP Live, Production Scheduling Board, and Demand Planning.
Strong knowledge of SAP QM processes, including inspection planning, quality notifications, and results recording.
Familiarity with SAP Fiori, CDS views, and embedded analytics.
Integration experience with MES (Manufacturing Execution Systems) and PLM (Product Lifecycle Management).

Preferred

SAP Certified Application Associate or Professional in SAP S/4HANA Production Planning and Manufacturing.
SAP Certified Application Associate in Quality Management.
