Responsibilities
Provide monthly Program/Project Management/Release Management/Risk Management support for assigned data pipelines and access methods.
Create individual project schedules that integrate with the integrated master schedule.
Develop and update all OneSDLC artifacts per IRS policies and take the project through OneSDLC exit.
Create unified work requests (UWR) and change requests (CR) and follow through where and when required.
Deliver weekly progress reports to report status against outcomes, project budget, and schedule expectations.
Provide bi-weekly and monthly status reports, including a list of deliverables and submission dates.
Participate in service restoration, root-cause analysis, and corrective action processes.
Monitor and report system performance based on workload and statistical analysis.
Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance, including troubleshooting and resolving problems found in the production code.
Provide maintenance support to business intelligence deliveries.
Conduct training sessions with training materials during the transition period to ensure uninterrupted performance of ongoing support activities.

Required
Proven experience in managing data pipeline development and management projects.
Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools.
Experience with data integration tools such as Informatica and Databricks ETL.
Strong PL/SQL skills.
Familiarity with AWS services including AWS RDS Postgres, AWS Redshift, AWS Aurora, and AWS EKS.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Ability to obtain a public trust clearance.
Preferred
Experience with IRS data systems and familiarity with IRS policies and procedures.
Knowledge of AI/ML tools and advanced analytics platforms.
Experience with security assessments and compliance with federal regulations.
PMP or Agile certification is desired.
