Responsibilities

Develop and implement strategic SAP S/4HANA solutions tailored to meet client needs across various modules. Some examples include Finance (FICO), Materials Management (MM), Production Planning (PP), Sales and Distribution (SD), Project System (PS), Warehouse Management (WM), etc.

Analyze business processes and requirements to recommend appropriate SAP S/4HANA functionalities that enhance operational efficiency and productivity.

Establish and maintain strong client relationships, serving as a trusted advisor in SAP S/4HANA capabilities and best practices.

Understand and address the unique challenges of clients, aligning SAP S/4HANA solutions with their strategic business goals.

Assessment services for our customers moving to digital transformation leveraging SAP S/4 solutions.

Lead SAP S/4HANA implementation projects, managing timelines, resources, and budgets to ensure successful delivery.

Coordinate cross-functional teams, fostering collaboration and innovation to achieve project objectives.

Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure the smooth execution of SAP S/4HANA projects.

Ensure the quality of deliverables meets Argano’s high standards and client expectations.

Guide clients through change management processes associated with SAP S/4HANA implementation, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.

Develop and deliver training programs to enhance client understanding and adoption of SAP S/4HANA functionalities.

Stay abreast of the latest SAP S/4HANA developments, trends, and best practices to maintain Argano’s leadership in SAP solutions.

Share insights and best practices with clients and internal teams, promoting a culture of continuous learning and improvement.

Required

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.

At least 10+ years of experience in SAP consulting, with a proven track record of successful SAP S/4HANA implementations across multiple core modules.

Deep expertise in SAP S/4HANA core modules such as FICO, MM, PP, SD, PS, WM, etc.

Strong leadership and project management skills, capable of leading complex SAP implementation projects.

Exceptional client engagement and communication skills, with the ability to act as a trusted advisor.

Proficient in risk management, quality assurance, and change management processes.

A commitment to continuous learning and staying updated on the latest SAP S/4HANA developments.

Travel up to 100% required depending on the project.
