Responsibilities
Develop and execute the IT strategy in alignment with the overall business objectives, ensuring technology initiatives support company growth.
Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing IT team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and accountability.
Manage the organization’s IT infrastructure, ensuring reliability, scalability, and security of systems and networks.
Oversee the IT budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and cost-effective technology solutions.
Identify and implement emerging technologies that can enhance business processes and improve customer experiences.
Establish and maintain robust data security protocols to protect sensitive information and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
Collaborate with external vendors and service providers to ensure effective delivery of IT services and solutions.
Work closely with other departments to understand their technology needs and provide appropriate IT solutions.
Develop key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of IT initiatives and ensure continuous improvement.

Required
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
10+ years of experience in IT management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role
Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, software development, and data management
Excellent leadership and team-building skills
Proven ability to develop and implement strategic technology initiatives
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Knowledge of cybersecurity best practices and compliance standards
