Responsibilities
Build and manage vibrant communities on Discord, Steam, Itch.io, Reddit, and the Epic Games Store.
Interact with fans through posts, comments, and direct communication, ensuring a positive experience for all members.
Develop strategies to expand our audience across all platforms, driving engagement and player retention.
Collaborate with the marketing and design teams to share updates, insights, and exclusive content tailored to each platform.
Actively listen to the community, gather feedback, and present actionable insights to the development team.
Maintain a safe and respectful environment by enforcing community guidelines and addressing issues promptly.
Organize and host community-driven events, including AMA sessions, contests, and livestreams.

Required
Proven experience managing communities on platforms like Discord, Steam, Itch.io, Reddit, or the Epic Games Store.
Passion for FPS and sci-fi genres, with a deep understanding of gaming culture.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
Familiarity with community engagement tools, analytics, and moderation practices.
Ability to create and execute campaigns to increase engagement and excitement.
Creative problem-solver with a proactive approach to community challenges.
Preferred
Experience with event hosting, including livestreams or Q&A sessions, is a plus.
