Responsibilities
Maintain and improve the quality of the software product
Reviewing, understanding and analyzing user stories and Non-Functional Requirements
Develop acceptance criteria and test cases for the product and new requirements
Create and contribute to mechanisms to enable easy testing of all functions in a timely and effective manner
Executing tests and documenting test results
Research, evaluate and recommend tools and services that support or improve testing
Creation of automated tests
Participating in daily standups and work closely with the other members of the agile team
Creation/review of product documentation such as test plans, test cases and release notes.

Required
3+ years Proficient knowledge of the Selenium suite of tools (or other automation / AI test tool set)
3+ years Proven experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Sales and/or Power Platform, both model-driven and canvas PowerApps
3+ years experience of writing test cases, test charters and working with a structured test methodology
Automated and manual testing experience in the web environment is required.
Development experience in test scripts, execution and reporting also required.
Ensure changes meet Usability, Scalability, Data Integrity and Security standards.
Source control software and concepts
Ability to quickly investigate and learn new technologies and third-party products
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
Innovative thinker with a passion for technology
Analytical mind with an ability to quickly dissect information
Ability to work independently on self-managed development projects as well as in a team environment
Strong organizational, problem-solving and issue resolution skills
Preferred
Knowledge of the asset finance and commercial lending industry
