Responsibilities
Conceptualize and Implement : Lead in conceptualizing and translating complex ideas into compelling visual designs across a diverse range of media, including digital banners, motion ads, out-of-home (OOH) placements like billboards and print, social media, web, broadcast, and experiential.
Brand Development : Work closely with the Brand team to ensure cohesive and consistent brand representation across all touchpoints, while also pushing creative boundaries to evolve the brand identity.
Full-Funnel Design Expertise : Drive effective design strategies for each stage of the customer journey, with an understanding of the requirements for top-of-funnel brand awareness to bottom-of-funnel conversion assets.
Digital Asset Management : Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure proper creation, organization, and optimization of digital assets, maintaining brand integrity across all channels and platforms.
Campaign Execution : Manage and execute designs from start to finish, ensuring that final outputs meet brand guidelines and quality standards for high-profile campaigns.
Cross-Platform Adaptation : Tailor designs for various platforms, ensuring they resonate effectively with the target audience across digital, print, and experiential spaces.

Required
5+ years of branding agency experience with a strong portfolio showcasing work across multiple platforms and mediums.
Expertise in digital and traditional media: Proven experience designing for digital banners, social media ads, motion graphics, OOH, web, broadcast, and experiential.
Strong conceptual skills: Ability to generate creative concepts and translate them into effective, visually captivating designs.
Proficient in industry-standard design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects), Figma, and other relevant tools for design and motion graphics.
Deep understanding of the full design funnel, including brand awareness, consideration, and conversion stages, with an ability to create assets tailored to each stage.
Knowledge of digital asset management systems and best practices for asset organization and maintenance.
Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
