Responsibilities

Design and configure core Human Resources (HR) and payroll capabilities within Workday.

Manage requirements and traceability.

Develop and execute test plans.

Handle defect management.

Analyze and design reports and interfaces.

Provide training support.

Conduct change impact analysis.

Administer Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) tools.

Perform data conversion services.

Required

A minimum of five (5) years of FTE experience performing activities within a typical System Testing Lifecycle (STLC) which includes the following: Requirements Analysis

Test Planning

Test Design

Test Environment

Test Execution

Defect Tracking

Test Reporting

A minimum of two (2) years must have been leading a testing team

Preferred

Actively certified in at least one (1) of the following certifications from an industry-recognized certification organization: Certified ScrumMaster (CSM)

Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO)

International Institute of Business Analysis (IIBA) Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP®) Certification

Certified Software Tester

Project Management Professional (PMP) from the Project Management Institute (PMI)

Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) experience.

Certification in Lean Six Sigma
