Responsibilities

Advise on compliance with legal and regulatory requirements focused on anti-corruption, anti-bribery, and FCPA compliance

Conduct corporate investigations or work on compliance-related matters

Investigate or counsel on anti-corruption matters (FCPA, UK Bribery Act)

Review, draft, and negotiate compliance contract provisions

Evaluate requests to provide things of value to business partners, government entities, and government officials

Design and oversee corresponding compliance approval policies, requirements, and processes

Advise on mitigating anti-corruption-related alerts raised in anti-corruption due diligence reports

Conduct anti-corruption risk assessments

Required

5+ years experience conducting corporate investigations or working on compliance-related matters, either in government, in-house, or at a global law firm.

Prior experience investigating or counseling on anti-corruption matters (FCPA, UK Bribery Act)

Experience reviewing, drafting, and negotiating compliance contract provisions.

Experience evaluating requests to provide things of value to business partners, government entities, and government officials, and in designing and overseeing corresponding compliance approval policies, requirements, and processes.

Experience advising on mitigating anti-corruption-related alerts raised in anti-corruption due diligence reports.

Experience conducting anti-corruption risk assessments.

Possess a solution-oriented, collaborative approach to legal work.

Must be licensed to practice law in good standing in at least one state.
