Responsibilities
Architect, implement, and manage infrastructure platforms, focusing on Citrix technologies (NetScaler, XenApp, XenDesktop, StoreFront) and virtualized environments.
Manage and optimize virtualization platforms such as VMware to meet evolving business needs both in Azure cloud and private data center.
Provide 3rd-line technical support for IT and enterprise customers, troubleshooting and resolving complex infrastructure and platform issues.
Perform daily monitoring, maintenance, and patching of servers and Citrix environments to ensure peak performance and security.
Proactively identify and implement improvements to infrastructure platforms to enhance efficiency and minimize business disruptions.
Collaborate across technical teams, business users, and other departments to resolve issues and deliver solutions aligned with business goals.
Lead or participate in cross-functional projects, ensuring timely and successful delivery of infrastructure initiatives.
Customize 3rd-party applications for integration into Citrix environments, enhancing functionality and reliability.
Develop, document, and maintain procedures for systems operations, disaster recovery, and best practices.
Mentor and guide junior engineers, fostering technical growth and ensuring knowledge transfer within the team.

Required
Advanced expertise with Citrix technologies, including NetScaler, XenApp, XenDesktop, StoreFront, and Delivery Controllers.
Strong knowledge of Windows (7/10/2008/2012/2016), Linux, DNS, Active Directory (AD), and Group Policy Objects (GPO).
Hands-on experience with VMware and Azure Cloud platforms.
Proficiency in PowerShell scripting and automation for process optimization.
Broad understanding of network infrastructure, server architecture, and virtualization best practices.
Proven ability to diagnose and resolve complex system issues and act as a liaison between teams.
Excellent communication skills, capable of interacting effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Demonstrated leadership abilities, including mentoring team members and managing multiple priorities.
Self-starter with a proactive and solution-oriented approach to problem-solving.
Preferred
Certifications in Citrix, VMware, Azure, or related technologies.
Experience with disaster recovery strategies and enterprise observability tools.
