Responsibilities
Design, develop, implement, and maintain Dynamics 365 and Power Platform solutions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams: Work closely with business analysts, project managers, and fellow developers to gather precise requirements and deliver high-quality Dynamics solutions that drive business success.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues: Utilize your expertise to diagnose and address problems related to Dynamics solutions and integrations, while providing exceptional technical support to end-users in a timely manner.
Develop and maintain technical documentation: Ensure comprehensive documentation, including design specifications, code documentation, and deployment instructions, to facilitate knowledge sharing and maintainability.

Required
Design, develop, implement, and maintain Dynamics 365 and Power Platform solutions.
Experience with both Azure-based and on-prem instances of Dynamics.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams: Work closely with business analysts, project managers, and fellow developers to gather precise requirements and deliver high-quality Dynamics solutions that drive business success.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues: Utilize your expertise to diagnose and address problems related to Dynamics solutions and integrations, while providing exceptional technical support to end-users in a timely manner.
Develop and maintain technical documentation: Ensure comprehensive documentation, including design specifications, code documentation, and deployment instructions, to facilitate knowledge sharing and maintainability.
Minimum of 7 years of software engineering / development experience supporting Enterprise IT Applications development, preferably with .NET software.
Experience in Dynamics 8.2, 9.0 and 365.
Understanding of Dynamics security models, workflows, business rules, and other customization features.
Familiarity with Dynamics reporting and analytics tools, including Power BI.
Ability to translate business requirements to Dynamics designs and solutions.
Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented, virtual environment.
US Citizenship is required for this role due to Program Requirements.
Demonstrated experience working in agile.
Demonstrated experience collaborating on solutions with multiple concurrent developers.
Demonstrated experience working in Microsoft’s Government Community Cloud High environment.
Data engineering experience in the Power BI environment.
Experience developing .NET and Power Apps/Dynamics 365 solutions.
