Responsibilities
You will monitor and analyze Revenue Cycle KPIs across facilities. As well as stay updated on Revenue Cycle trends affecting healthcare systems.
You will need to collect, analyze, and present data for SME metrics.
Associates must meet regularly with stakeholders to review analysis, identify improvements, and communicate financial impacts.
Design and lead bi-weekly Performance Management calls.
Provide advice and feedback to foster relationships between Site Leads and Shared Service Liaison.
Assist Director in developing strategies to minimize metric degradation and suggest educational improvements.
Perform quarterly on-site visits to clients and Shared Services.

Required
Three or more years of management experience
Proven leadership experience and ability to manage a team effectively.
Demonstrated experience in denial management and revenue cycle management.
Evidence of strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Prior experience working in business intelligence tools such as but not limited to, Microsoft Power BI, Tableau, MedeAnalytics, etc.
