Responsibilities
Reconcile Bank and credit card statements monthly
Review financials to be able to indicate and mistakes and make the right corrections
Know how to assess a profit and loss and balance sheet
Make appropriate payroll and tax entries if needed
Experience with paypal, stripe and amazon is a plus.
Help out with cleaning up the books and catching up the books for several months or years.
Tax Preparation Experience necessary 1040, 1120S, 1120, and 1065 returns.
Pro-Series experience necessary

Required
CPA or EA certification
Previous experience in accounting, finance, or other related fields
Ability to prioritize and multitask
Must know Quickbooks Online and Quickbooks Desktop
Must have 5+ years of experience in accounting
Strong organizational skills
Deadline and detail-oriented
Tax Preparation Experience necessary 1040, 1120S, 1120, and 1065 returns
Pro-Series experience necessary
Preferred
