Responsibilities

Lead the acquisitions strategy by evaluating cohort performance and working with Data Science to improve underwriting performance
Drive analysis of product performance, defining areas of success, opportunities for improvement and identification of emerging risks
Partnering with the customer success team to develop innovative solutions to customer problems
Collaborate with engineering teams on implementation of credit and product changes

Required

Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field (Economics, Math, Business, Engineering, Science)
4+ years of analytical experience including experience working with originations strategy for credit cards or in unsecured lending businesses
SQL proficiency
Curiosity, independence, and ability to adapt strategies to emerging performance

Preferred

Experience working with FinTech products
Experience working at an early stage start-up from launch through scaling
Experience with data science, modeling, and/or statistics
Proficiency with Python, R, or other analytical tools
