Responsibilities
Collaborate with agency leaders across creative, studio, media, account service, strategy, and ecommerce teams.
Work with the award-winning creative team.
Experience the day-to-day life of an Art Director – from brainstorming to concept ideation, to tactical execution.
Interact with account, strategy, media and project managers.
Receive mentorship from a dedicated mentor to gain insights on concepting, design, understanding commerce media and the application of brand standards.

Required
Rising Senior, Graduating in May or Grad Student
Majors in complementary fields: Design, Journalism, Marketing, Advertising, Graphic Design
Available for 40 hours a week 9-5 for the 10-week program (June 2- Aug 8)
Familiar with Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint
Come from a place of curiosity and wanting to learn more
Majors in Journalism, Marketing, Advertising, Graphic Design
Have a Portfolio
Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite Software
Experience with an agency or related field
Organization and time management skills
Ability to quickly learn and process information
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Creative mindset
Team player
Travel to St. Louis is required for two specific weeks: Kickoff Week: The week of June 2nd, Closing Week: The week of August 4th
