Responsibilities
Manage voice national and select voice platforms, including traditional Time-Division Multiplexing (TDM) switches, next-gen switches, Single System 7 (SS7) network, and VOIP networks
Monitor and report on the capacity of managed platforms, initiating capital requests for network growth and managing equipment deployment and decommissioning
Work with SQL databases for reporting and analytics, with a focus on learning and utilizing SQL queries for data extraction and report generation
Assist in transitioning reporting functions to Power BI for enhanced data visualization and analytics

Required
Enrolled at a 4-year accredited college or university, rising senior level education status at the start of the internship
Graduating August 2025 – May 2026
Intern must be able to work 40 hours per week during the 10-week program (May 30 – August 8, 2025)
Strong understanding of SQL and experience with database management
Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, with a keen interest in learning and applying Power BI for data analytics
Basic knowledge of telecommunications, with a willingness to learn about TDM, SS7, and VOIP technologies
Preferred
Preferred fields include but not limited to: Engineering, Computer Science
Enjoys collaboration and works well in team environment
Previous experience in reporting and data analysis.
