Responsibilities

Collaborate with executive leadership to develop and implement strategic initiatives that align with the organization’s goals.

Monitor the performance of various departments, identifying areas for improvement and ensuring operational efficiency.

Serve as a liaison between the executive team and internal departments, ensuring clear communication and understanding of organizational priorities.

Communicate strategic objectives and progress to internal and external stakeholders, fostering buy-in and collaboration.

Lead key projects and initiatives from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with organizational objectives.

Utilize data-driven insights to inform decision-making and strategic planning.

Assist in the preparation of materials for board meetings, including reports, presentations, and strategic updates.

Support the development and implementation of transformation and change management strategies, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and strategic alignment.

Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders, advocating for the organization’s interests and priorities.

Conduct in-depth market analysis and thorough research on healthcare trends, competitor positioning, and policy changes to identify opportunities and threats.

Utilize data analytics to inform decision-making and measure the effectiveness of implemented strategies.

Partner with the Transformation and Finance organizations to assist in budgeting and financial forecasting to ensure that strategic initiatives are financially viable and add value to the long-term performance aspirations of the company.

Stay informed about healthcare regulations and ensure that all strategies comply with relevant laws and guidelines.

Prepare and present reports on strategic initiatives, outcomes, and recommendations for the board and executive leadership.

Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the success of strategic initiatives and report findings to stakeholders.

Analyze and recommend allocation of resources to ensure effective implementation of strategies.
