Responsibilities

Lead and motivate team members to ensure high performance and engagement.
Manage team schedules, workload distribution, and coverage for smooth operations.
Provide guidance and support to team members in day-to-day tasks.
Oversee the completion of Forms, Documents, Assembly, and Declaration and Form Review tasks.
Ensure the team meets accuracy, quality, and productivity targets.
Monitor performance metrics and implement strategies to improve outcomes.
Act as the main point of contact between the Support Specialist and other teams in the RFE Department.
Provide regular updates to the Production Supervisor on team progress and challenges.
Address escalations or process issues, ensuring timely resolutions.
Identify skill gaps and provide training to enhance team capabilities.
Conduct regular team meetings and one-on-one sessions for feedback and support.
Develop growth opportunities for team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
Identify inefficiencies in workflows and recommend process enhancements.
Participate in developing or refining standard operating procedures (SOPs).

Required

Strong understanding of processes related to USCIS Forms and Document management.
Exceptional attention to detail to ensure the team produces accurate and high-quality work.
Organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Spanish.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
At least 1-2 years of experience in roles related to document processing, assembly, or review.
Prior experience in a legal or documentation-related field.
Familiarity with tools and software used in document assembly and review processes.

Preferred

Prior leadership or supervisory experience is a plus.
