Responsibilities
Build and apply Gen AI and NLP solutions to complex business problems - i.e. chatbots.
Lead the research and development side of AI models within the organization and push them through to implementation.
Collaborate across teams to identify and implement AI solutions aligned with organizational goals.
Develop and maintain a strong understanding of the capabilities, limitations, and practical applications of various AI tools and frameworks.
This role combines technical expertise with strategic thinking, requiring you to translate innovative technical solutions into impactful business outcomes.

Required
Bachelor’s or Master's degree in a technical field such as Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.
5+ years of working experience with AI Operations.
Knowledge and working experience with chatbots and other NLP implementations.
Hands-on experience working with APIs from major cloud providers like AWS, Azure, or GCP.
Strong foundational knowledge of AI concepts and their practical applications.
Proven ability to align technical AI solutions with broader business goals.
Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
Strong organizational and documentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical ideas both verbally and in writing.
Preferred
Healthcare experience is a major plus!
