Responsibilities

Estimate Building & DVI Enhancing:

• Build accurate, professional estimates for repair orders based on completed DVIs.

• Prioritize estimates by addressing customer concerns, safety issues, and scheduled maintenance.

• Source parts according to shop specifications and technician preferences.

• Ensure all estimates follow company standards and pricing policies to maintain profitability.

• Edit DVIs for clarity and presentation before sharing with customers.

Quality Control & Training:

• Maintain consistency and accuracy in all estimates.

• Assist in onboarding and training shop staff on creating and presenting DVIs.

• Implement workflow enhancements, such as standardizing vendor preferences and training technicians on detailed DVIs.

• Conduct virtual training sessions to support skill development.
