Responsibilities
Developing and implementing marketing strategies
Conducting market research
Engaging in sales activities
Providing excellent customer service
Effectively communicating with internal stakeholders
Managing SEO strategies and optimization for our website
Lead generation, analysing traffic sources, and improving conversion rates
Overseeing Google Ads and PPC campaigns
Tracking and analysing performance metrics for all digital campaigns (email, website, social)
Generating detailed reports to inform strategy and make data-driven decisions
Managing our promotional item inventory and coordinating its distribution
Creating and scheduling content for social media platforms
Maintaining our brand voice and presence across all channels
Supporting content creation for newsletters, blogs, and other promotional material
Collaborating with the sales team for alignment on campaigns and promotions
Coordinating events.
