Responsibilities
Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle for voice AI applications and software integrations in smartwatches, including requirement, design, development, and launch.
Innovate using AI-generated content (AIGC), large language models (LLMs), and voice interaction technologies to create advanced user experiences on wearables.
Continuously improve products through data monitoring, user profiling, behavioral insights, and stakeholder feedback.
Collaborate with stakeholders to expand the capabilities of voice AI in health, sports, and lifestyle applications, delivering high-value solutions for global markets.
Create detailed PRDs (Product Requirement Documents) with clear specifications and acceptance criteria.
Drive user-centric design, introducing innovative UI/UX approaches that enhance voice-enabled interactions on smartwatches.
Expand and refine use cases for smart voice products to ensure seamless integration with paired iOS and Android devices.
Ensure alignment with best practices in interaction design, focusing on user delight and accessibility.
Work closely with R&D, QA, hardware engineering, marketing, and sales teams to ensure timely and high-quality product launches.
Coordinate with embedded software and hardware teams to align on system integration and mass production goals.
Advocate for user needs while balancing technical constraints and market demands.
Effectively manage stakeholder expectations, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
Foster communication with cross-regional teams to deliver results in diverse cultural and market contexts.
Conduct in-depth market and competitor analysis in voice AI, wearable technology, and related domains.
Stay ahead of industry trends in voice AI, embedded systems, AIGC, and LLM applications for wearables.
Develop strategies to maintain a competitive edge in global markets, with a focus on Americas & European regions.

Required
Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields.
Minimum of 5 years of product management experience, preferably in smart wearables or consumer electronics.
Proven track record in delivering software and hardware products, with expertise in voice AI or LLM-based solutions being a strong plus.
Solid understanding of voice recognition, natural language processing (NLP), and AI/ML technologies.
Knowledge of embedded systems and software, with some experience in hardware integration preferred.
Familiarity with developing for both iOS and Android platforms, especially in the context of paired devices.
Proficient in scenario-based product design and creating user experiences tailored to global audiences.
Strong analytical capabilities, with a focus on data-driven decision-making and user behavior analysis.
Ability to translate complex user needs into intuitive, impactful designs.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Strong cross-functional collaboration skills, with a history of driving alignment across engineering, design, and marketing teams.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, global environment with diverse teams.
Fluency in English at a professional level.
Preferred
Experience with smartwatches or wearable devices is a significant advantage.
Passion for sports and health domains, with an understanding of the unique needs of fitness and wellness users.
Fluency in European languages (e.g., Spanish, Italian) is a strong bonus.
