Responsibilities

Supporting ongoing campaigns and email template builds, QA, and deployment

Assist and facilitate legal reviews on behalf of all lifecycle marketing team members

Build an internal customer touchpoint map for visibility of all team members and help identify gaps in our customer journeys

Own and manage internal content reviews with stakeholders

Assist in the planning and management of our email & SMS marketing calendar

Implement ideas for our direct mail channel

Work closely with marketing, customer experience, digital experience, and information services to translate the corporate/marketing vision into the right message at the right time for the right audience

Examine and analyze current email tactics and recommend improvements based on analytics and trends

Assist in the development of market research stimuli and analysis of results to inform new customer campaign strategies and tactics

Communicate effectively across functional and agency team members to align plans, solve problems, and deliver results
