Responsibilities

Site Updates: Handle content and image updates, including product details, new marketing information, and minor page refreshes.

Assist with Testing and UAT: Support end-to-end testing for site updates, new features, and content.

Assist with CX Inquiries: Provide troubleshooting assistance for customer support issues and escalate technical problems to appropriate teams.

Assist with CRO Testing and UAT: Support the setup, execution, and monitoring of A/B tests, ensuring accurate tracking and data collection.

Agency Collaboration: Manage communications with external agencies regarding CRO tickets to ensure a smooth workflow.

User Testing: Create and run user tests using templates, gathering insights to support ongoing site optimization.
