Responsibilities
Bring your individual creative voice and aesthetic to the creative team.
Use your creative voice and aesthetic to elevate the work while following established brand guidelines.
Be critical of your work and provide constructive feedback to others to ensure it is on brief and working effectively.
Find solutions to problems as they arise, quickly and independently.
Work closely with art directors and creative directors to consistently deliver high-quality work.
Collaborate with copywriters and designers to build compelling design assets.
Own asset creation from concepts to final deliverables.
Build and maintain a tight design system and a set of templates for multiple form factors.
Dissect creative briefs and quickly identify action items.
Explore new creative approaches and help improve internal creative processes.

Required
5–7 years of experience in a creative/advertising agency setting.
Strong design portfolio that demonstrates working with brands, typography, layout, conceptual thinking, and individual aesthetic.
Possess strong communication skills (written and verbal) to clearly articulate design rationale both internally and externally.
Proficiency with Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Animate required.
Experience with HTML5 animations required.
Great attitude that positively influences those around you.
