Responsibilities
Collaborate with business partners and team members to identify business process automation opportunities and associated requirements
Evaluate business requests for automation and develop process automation recommendations
Build new processes and objects using our development best-practices
Create, or help the process owner to create, user acceptance testing (UAT) documents, identifying all the process scenarios and their expected outcomes
Monitor, update and troubleshoot production digital workers
Develop operational metrics to measure the success of our automation portfolio
Actively participate in improving products by performing quality reviews
Make suggestions for improving our process automation best-practices
Participate in our platform roadmap process
Work independently with limited support

Required
Bachelor's degree, preferably in a business or technical subject area
2+ years of experience with developing digital workers using the UiPath RPA platform
Experience with UiPath Orchestrator
Experience building interactions that interface with MS Office products and SharePoint
Experience working in a fast-paced agile environment
Working knowledge of Javascript, HTML and other scripting languages
Self-motivated with ability to manage and meet multiple deadlines without frequent supervision
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
UiPath certification
Software development experience with an understanding of the project lifecycle.
Experience with DevOps tools, Git, Azure Devops / Team Foundation Server
Experience integrating machine learning, natural language processing or OCR within RPA processes
Experience with process optimization or Lean Six Sigma
Experience with C#/VB/.Net/SQL
Knowledge of Object Oriented programming principles
Experience with AWS or Azure cloud services
