Responsibilities
Work with Account Executive & relevant teams to onboard new clients
Report creation – Varying formats, templates, sources, etc.
Analyze performance of digital media campaigns and provide strategic tactical insight and optimization recommendations to sales leadership and local sales teams
Assist with new ad unit on-boarding, testing and research
Establish key performance indicators with Account Executives and monitor the performance of digital campaigns against established benchmarks
Builds and maintains existing relationships with clients and agencies as a second point of contact
Attends Division calls to communicate new cross media opportunities, trainings, general updates
Serves as support/backup to other Account Strategists, Coordinators and Managers
Focus daily on increasing our level of customer service, ensuring an excellent client experience and reduction in churn

Required
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent digital advertising or ad operations experience
Minimum 2 years’ experience in related field
Intermediate knowledge of digital solutions required (SEM, OTT, Social, various targeting tactics, etc)
Proficiency in computer programs (Excel, PowerPoint, Word etc.)
Strong background in client/customer service
Must be comfortable in client facing situations (in-person/phone/video)
Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills
Must be able to manage a large number of accounts with minimal direction
Must have strong attention to detail in data entry
Must be flexible and innovative; able to reset priorities to meet changing department goals
Must possess strong analytical and problem solving skills
Must be dedicated to seeing a task through from start to finish with accuracy and speed
Must work well under the pressure of daily deadlines
Preferred
Google Analytics and Adwords certifications preferred
