Responsibilities

Engaging with internal service teams and influencing business leaders.

Advocate for prioritization of reliability programs by articulating the criticality and impact to customer and OCI.

Create impactful documents and reports to be presented to senior leadership and OCI service teams.

Provide product demos, training, and assistance for stakeholder teams.

Analyse gaps and increase program efficacy by advocating for improvements in tooling, processes and participation.

Create content to help enable customer success.

Define, measure, and manage stakeholder experience and business performance goals.

Proactively identify and resolve risks and issues that might otherwise derail projects.

Thought leadership and executive direction in establishing and developing processes and methodologies to meet and execute product strategy.

Influence and work with geographically distributed cross-functional teams.

Work collaboratively with engineering on business requirements and technical specifications, use problem-solving skills to get the job done.

Required

Proven experience in the problem space of Cloud Reliability and Operations.

Demonstrating understanding of complex, highly technical systems and services in the Cloud.

Engaging with internal service teams and influencing business leaders.

Advocating for prioritization of reliability programs by articulating the criticality and impact to customer and OCI.

Creating impactful documents and reports to be presented to senior leadership and OCI service teams.
